Staff are required to sign the Self-Declaration Form when safeguarding policies are updated annually. These policies are listed under Safeguarding, Policies, Procedures & Information. A copy of the declaration form is available from the school office.

Schools are obliged to publish the amount of time taken off by staff who are union officials to carry out their union duties in line with The Trade Union (Facility Time Publications) Regulations 2017. Fixby J&I School does not have any staff who are union officials.
